I know a whole bunch about this company. I had the opportunity to buy it as a tax shelter a little over two weeks ago. No share activity involved in the transaction though. They are a broker betwen buyers and sellers related to the farm industry. They broker deals much like a real estate broker. Good concept, especially good in the area of franchising to "find" the products which are brokered. i.e. an individual would buy a franchise with a protected territory and then solicit farms in the area to market their goods and used equipment on their site. The added advantage is that as more franchisers come on-line, so do the sellers and, ultimately, buyers. I think it's a great concept, however, I have to admit, I missed to boat on this one. But, maybe its not too late! BUT, WHY DOESN"T BII GO OVER-THE-COUNTER? WHAT DO THEY HAVE TO LOSE BY DOING THIS?
