It's good that there are those like you who are asking questions. After being in this stock two years and hearing the constant hype about the great product, I too wonder when will management deliver anything other than stock options for themselves. My first message on this thread was to ask where are the $3-5 per share numbers coming from and what's the reason for the recent rise in price.

This company is likely a lot of internet-touted companies with great ideas, i.e. Say Yes Foods with great fat-free milk products that can't turn a profit, Interactive Processing with a great football remote and tons of ideas for other specialty remotes but can't bring them to market and ends up being on QVC at 7 am!!

Of course it's easy for you and I to constructively criticize management without knowing exactly what they're doing but with only an annual financial statement to judge the company by, the results over the last two years speak for themselves. All the good ideas and innovative products in the world doing make a company a success...it's a company who can bring the products to market and make a profit for their shareholders as well as themselves.

With my few measly shares, I usually sit back and just lurk on these threads but yours hit home.
