David, That is precisely our point. It is currently only a shell. We can only speculate on what it will be. It just seems strange the a company would open a shell to the public. Usually you would market the Shell (prototype) to potential customers, build the actual site with contracts, promote the site, and then open it. The stock is moving on pure speculation that the site will have substantial contracts, and substantial exposure. We have no proof of either David
