Don, I seem to recall a posting by Frank in regards to a deal between S3 and Intel that would take Intel out of the graphics market in exchange for technology/patents that S3 possessed. Frank, what is your take on all of this? It seems to me that you hit the nail on the head on this one. I hope you picked up a lot of the $2 stuff that was trading a few months ago!!?? Calvin Scott
