Kurt: I do not know who should be replaced or not. I do think that any open meeting on this question would force all sides to disclose to a point that is positive for all shareholders. To that extent I think we would all then be able to make a decision based on disclosure. As it is now, we have had to accept what was dripped out. Maybe this has change now, maybe it hasn't. Maybe this initiative is what is forcing a change. I think we should all be grateful for that if it is the case. I do not see what would be the downside of such a meeting. Brad Mertz
