Brian,

Earning info I think was posted, but the MM recs is new info to me.

As to the large cash position, I think they need it to deal with the possible huge influx of orders for E.coli test kits. In addition, we might see a few more acquisitions soon. I would rather they dilute shares up front and pay cash for other operations, like it seems they are planning, instead of stock mergers diluting shares.
