Ivan,

It took PJ long enough! lol!! Thanks for the link.
Check this out;

NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Praise for apparel maker J.C. Isaacs & Co. (ISAC) on a
stock pickers' Web site apparently helped push its shares sharply higher
early Wednesday.
Recently, J.C. Isaacs shares rose 1 3/16, or 70.4%, to 2 7/8, on Nasdaq
volume of almost 1.8 million, or about 33 times their average daily trading
volume.
On the "stock-dogs.com" Web site, the company, based in Baltimore, was cited
as being in "the hottest industry now, the clothes/apparel business." The
Web site goes on to state that "with a book value of 6.50 and a price of
under 2 bucks, a no-brainer."
An I.C. Isaacs spokeswoman said the company couldn't explain the stock's
performance.
Sally Wallick, an analyst with Legg Mason Wood Walker who follows I.C.
Isaacs, said there were no company news warranting Wednesday's performance
and cited the Web site praise.
