We have made a significant commitment by increasing our on-line ad budget to $25.0 million for 1999 to facilitate greater market penetration for BrandsForLess.com and our other e-commerce ventures. This only says they've increased their budget for 1999. It doesn't say they've procured the money yet. Wouldn't they state that if they had? Wouldn't that encourage new investment? That's like me saying, "Gee, I think I'll increase my budget for next year so I can add a room on to the house. I hope the money for the increase shows up from somewhere". Ofcourse this may make a little trading opportunity here. ;))
