Hmm. Did you learn enough history to know that Hitler was considered a leftist in his country? Under "liberal" do you also put stealing and burning conservative newspapers on campuses to prevent people from reading opposing viewpoints, spiking trees to kill working people, having sexual relations with employees, and running a prostitution ring from the home of a Congressman? (Barney Frank, on of the, if not the, most liberal members of Congress.) You seem to assign the "liberal" and "conservative" labels without much understanding of what they really mean, but just as labels for "if I like it it's liberal, it I don't it's conservative." Of course, labeling is important to you since it helps you make quick and automatic decisions as to who to like and who to hate without having to put any actual thought into the process or consider that maybe people are more complex than you give them credit for, that maybe there are even some good "conservative" and some bad "liberals" around? Naaah. That would require thinking and at least a pretense of open-mindedness. Sorry I even suggested it.
