Craig. Since as far as I understand the S-3, the repricing is based on the average cl;osing bid over the whole period Dec 9 to Jan 9, I think you might be right. Remember, however, that the bandits are not "invincible", but use existing weakness both in oil prices and the Islero problems to their benefit, but they do not want to commit too much ammunition to putting pressure on the stock since they want want some ammunition to short on the rally I expect post January 9. I still think that we may see a liquidation wave before the 9th, but I have been wrong before. Zeev
