Someone may have developed TRIN as a template, not I. I look at trin real time, you see it might make 3 round trips in a day starting at .77 and going to 1.20 and back again. When you use daily data, most plot a 5day ma. you are getting approximations many times removed from the real time changes. During the day, An orderly market would stay between .70 and 1.00, below .70 you look for an overbought condition and a reversal. Above 1.20 you are in to a bearish condition, await the move back to the safe zone. A to Z at equis site will help.
