Nick, In their news release where they announced the acquisition of 176 sq. miles of west Texas exploration rights, they also announced their intent to spin off their manufacturing operations. No further details were given, as far as the specifics and timing are concerned. They also stated that they would be pursuing additional production and exploration acquisitions and joint ventures in Canada and North America. Speaking of spinoffs, today is December 30, and alot of us should be proud owners of Fire Environmental shares. Hope we hear some news on when it will begin to trade. Vince
