FMK, I don't recall any statements from the CC regarding "meeting customer requirements". I believe, for my own reasons, that Valence shipped samples to "hot prospects" (maybe a half dozen) from NI on or about 16 Nov. Having received preliminary feedback, they are preparing to ship "in earnest" to at least 25 OEM's. Looking at CC statements, the FRB history of responses, hiring patterns, and movements of employees from Henderson, I feel that the company is only about a month behind plan. I can see some PO's coming anytime after mid Feb.
