Lou, I seem to be getting the impression that you are pretty excited over the deal we have with IXC. (GGG) I know that you have carefully followed a number of other small telecoms grow under somewhat similar conditions as what DCI has now. Would you be willing to expound somewhat on your perceptions of why the deal with IXC is sooo significant? I think that many of us could use a little educating in this area. (GG) James
