Probably one of Dan's drinking buddies down at the corner bar...I can imagine the recruiting process: "Hey, I know what we can do....we can form a board of directors!! Maybe we'll get a few more boneheads to throw money our way! Hey, Buddy....wanna be on our board? I'll buy you a shot!" Uh oh.....I'm tapped out....can that shot wait until I sell some stock?"
