Existing orders on the TNTO order book can be executed against through SelectNet by anyone with SelectNet access.

However, in order to post an order onto the TNTO book, your broker needs to be directly connected to the TNTO ECN. Most (All?) Real Tick III companies are able to post orders on the TNTO book. Also, note that most traders wanting to post a limit order prefer to place their orders on the ISLD ECN, which offers more liquidity and a better chance to get filled.
