Your complaint is probably about the fact that you have restricted shares and you want the legend lifted?....am i correct......? My friend, Ted....How is Jane......The laws are this......If you have legend stock.....you can register it to be sold after 1 year......To get the restrictive legend lifted you must hold the stock for 2 years...... Choose your words wisely....You will open up yourself to liability TED.....By the way, why say negative stuff if your long......doesnt make sense.....I know your pissed.....But your actions are strange...... Are you that rich, that you really want the stock to fall to pennies a share....or just vengeful..... respectfully yours mike
