Kurt and Mark:
I agree! With your assumptions and descriptions the whole thing sounds insane. Is it possible that the assumptions and descriptions you have are not completely correct or accurate? Is it possible that if there are enough shareholders to want to pursue an avenue of change that they may have at least half a brain or are pursuing something somewhat different than you describe. They certainly must be people who have put significant money into this (as opposed to being issued options) and are rationally (even if differently from others) pursuing what they perceive to be the best interests of their investment. I do not buy into the scare tactics that unless you do exactly what is dictated by management that all is lost. Also, I do not buy into the idea that the objective is to get millions of shares to JL. Millions of shares of nothing is nothing. It does not make sense as you describe it.
