Mike, I think the problem is that if you spend the money before you have it in hand, you create a fair bit of uncertainty. Without betraying any confidences, it is my understanding that that is exactly the situation in which TCT finds itself.
I will call TCT and ask some very direct questions. I'll post the response I get.
I'm long on TCT and would like to be "longer". However, until this issue is resolved in my own mind, I will only pay firesale prices.
