It is New York Magazine and it is on the newstands now. I saw it at B.Dalton Bookseller. The article just reprinted the stock list from this website and credited it as such. They weren't endorsing the stock just passing on the news of the proliferation of stock sites like this one and the predictions they are making for 1997. However, the techstock list was placed in a featured spot in the article.
