I've been trying to analyze whether DCI would accrue any particular advantage by using Spain as a gateway for its European operations. Spain will have some degree of price advantage relative to the phased transition to the euro. At this point, however, I can't see how the Spanish angle provides DCI with any particular benefit re establishing a foothold in the European telecom market. Anyone else given this any thought? Ken
