Bottom line -- CPWR won't acquire FILE -- regardless of what type of fit you envision. Do you think CPWR, which has indicated an interest in strengthening its services rolls, will snap up a co. in completely diff't bizes that hasn't been able to anything right for mos.? CPWR doesn't have much debt & FILE (as you prob. know) is going through some tough times. Obviously you're interested in pumping up FILE, but you're not going to find a buyer in CPWR.
