The SEC investigated an employee and a consultant of the firm, a microcap underwriter, as part of a 1997 probe of penny stock swindles.

Aren't the SEC guys the best shortsellers? Perhaps they know things we'd ever like to know earlier. I'd love to see on aboard <ggg>.
