George You certainly are getting some airplay with this post.

As for small companies going public...I don't know the specifics about IFLY, but I do know when a company is looking for capital, they do so however and wherever they can to help grow the company.

When I worked for an investment banking firm, we would see small companies all the time looking to do private placements, go IPO, whatever to realize the dream.

As for TGLO, the company was happy to do the deal @ $9 I would bet as the aftermarket pricing would value the other two-thirds of the company they retained ownership of. 2/3rds of a sizable pie is better than 100% of no pie. Would you agree?

Can't speak of "Liberty Securities," but I suspect talking to management would be your next step when referring to IFLY or any company you might speak of....
