I answer: if this really worries you, go to DGIV and ask them. You had the opportunity to go with Lazarus Long and you chickened out. You don't want to know the truth, if you would have, you would have done basic DD. So, baby Mengele, stay close to the playground and keep scaring adults taking care of their three year olds. .
