P - on FSFH; Hurrah - a REAL company. Latest earnings .15 per share, insider's have been BUYING since August /no recent selling. 223 employees, offering 5.45% AAA+ notes with a 52 week trading range of 5.75- 32.63. Closed today @ 11.75. Caution: P/E is high @ 70 / also chart doesn't look very good. Resistance @ 12; needs to break through 16 convincingly. FSFH may "coil" for a while between 9-12. Hopefully, a rock-bottom support level has been cemented @ 7-9. Good News: From the tone of recent press releases and proxy votes, it appears as though FSFH is clearly posturing (or worried) about a friendly (or fearful) take-over/merger. This possibility explains all the recent insider buying and would help justify the high P/E. Thanks for throwing this one on the thread......n
