Sounds high to me. Could be, but doesn't sound correct. Point is moot for me though, i sold today for small profit at 4 3/4; just realized today that Etrade doesn't allow BPT to be marginable, and i'm not sitting on this stock without marginablility while waiting for oil prices to rebound.

Now, if it gets to 2, maybe i'll jump back in:)
