TRAC is looking VERY scary right now.. The good part is that it is the ONLY online brokerage (if you can call at that since they don't have the service yet) company that went up today - the good part.
Today, I went short on TRAC but quickly changed my position and bought at @$8 3/8. What do you know? As soon as I bought the sucker, it started to tank and never recovered to that level. Now I am sitting REAL nervous hoping the ASIAN market has a huge gain or something drastic happens.

Then the facts started come into my mind. I have no fricking idea why I didn't see them when I bought the shares at Intra day high :-(

1. All other online brokerage stocks went down as much over 50% - look at SWS, NDB, JBOH. Even EGRP.

2. A$$ hold CEO of NDB screwed up the CNBC interview by avoiding the MAIN question, "Is online trading profitable?". Seems to me that even at $15 per trade, it's hard to make a profit.

3. Everybody in the neighborhood, all these ANALists that's been hiding in the bush because their prediction on the Internet stocks were never right are coming out saying the Internet stocks has met it's dooms day.

4. IF commission structure of $15 is hard to make a profit, what is going to happen when all other security firms decide to get into the game? There is NO BARRIER to the entry. TRAC just announced their plan today and many more will come. When it happens what the heck is going to happen to some online brokerage who's even charging less than $10?

I almost put an market order to sell all the shares at the tomorrow's opening but cancelled the order right after placing it (I got burned so many times before on that before). Can someone tell me a good exiting point or even think we should hold TRAC? (even after Internet stocks going down 2 days in a row - with a FEW exception of online brokerage and e-commerce stocks) Please give me your comments. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

*** Sitting nervous looking at after hour trade here... but you can never rely on it for the next day's trend. Remember BAMM? Anyways, it looks like there is one traded at 7 5/16 (yikes) but there are others that traded at 7 3/4...
