One more very significant item that the reporter should have done more DD on is that the director he targeted cannot sell his stock for another year along with the other directors since they are holding 144 restricted stock. OOPS, a major oversight or did he intentionally leave that out? Definetly destroys his assumptions.

(Did I mention that that same director was a VP at Smith Barney?)
