Joanna, you are leaving us? (sniff, sigh?) You were the only counterbalance to this testosterone dominated site. A flower among the thistles! ("GRUNT!! GRUNT!!! More power!!!") Yeah, I'm out for a while!!! My concentration is on house hunting and planning for retirement. But you never know...I might be back again... Yes, I did noticed the "retail" keyword. I probably made a mistake selling now vs. later, but time is not on my side on housing prices. The sooner I get this house thing over and done with, the better! And as David Rubin said on his posting, a house is a MUCH better investment...PERIOD!!! Thanks much, you guys, for the support and the humor!!! I'm sure I'll drop by once in a while to see what's up with you guys... Cheers, Joanna
