As for the time frame a company has to show that they can be listed again.Well you have to show two quarters of profit as well as a backlog of business,to be able to be considered to be listed again in Nasdaq.I wouldn't look for Submicron to be listed again,just because everything that go's on within the company will be strictly confidential,and that is the way they want to keep it.I'm sure that in a few years they will be listed again,but for now that is the way they want to keep it.
