I know the price is a new all time low due to tax loss selling. I even sold 2000 shares today for that reason. But I want to know. Who's buying and Why? Could it be Fred? Could it be a potential financier? The over all average volume has tripled since Fred said he may buy back shares! Just a little food for thought.
