You just hit the nail on the head, the back end fulfillment end of e-commerce is lagging the advances made in the front end of web stores. Anyone can put a web site up and sell, it's the tracking of orders throughout the fulfillment process that will separate the men from the boys, one of the web based businesses i am developing addresses just this aspect. cavalry
