Hi Osprey: I saw the Merrill Lynch guy too. Your comments mirror my own thoughts. Looked like the first day in about 80 years that he'd been out in the sunlight. Did you notice that he was a bear about the market in general. He said (something like) the fundamentals weren't there to support the current bull market. Predicting a sharp drop almost immediately. Take a defensive position. Increase your cash. Wouldn't I like to have a chart which showed the points at which the bears have been calling for the collapse of this market for three years. Sooner or later, they'll be right. Still hoping it's not just now.
