Hi Realist, EPEA being a "penny" stock, as with any "penny" stock they do not have to under law put out a quarter or yearly report. Except during the IPO, except for info releases, I have been in EPEA for many a year and "never" got either a quarterly or yearly report, and this is typical with most "penny" stocks.
