I think alot of the "smart" money is going into biotechs and Y2K stocks. I'm long CLPA. Hit new highs today, great sector, great prospects. Good news recently. This could easily be a $200 stock in a year if they get FDA approval. Short interest is 10x as large as last month, very bullish IMO. Nets will be back but when is the big question. Just my $.02.
