Mike: I've been saying that for fourteen months now. Just ignore it. OTOH.... investors can't ignore the bargains forever, and tax-related selling is now balanced by bargain buying at worst. Volume has picked up in most 3rd-tier issues. Anything going forward for a bit should, if rationale prevails, be characterized by a bit more enthusiasm. Besides, I saw an Official Declaration around here someplace, so it must be true. Rick
