So true...hell i remember trying to trade with 20 min delayed quotes, then the bogus realtime, and finally level two, LEVEL three. "The brokerages, funds, Market Makers have had control over the system and they have made vast fortunes but they have also helped keep it from getting out of control." We are the new dilemma.
