Hi Larry,Lee,and all-

I haven't received any calls from LLL yet,but you two perked my curiosity.Just wondering what happens if you don't sign in your acceptance form and just do nothing.

I'm not very happy with the buyout price.Most investors will actually lose money on Microdyne having been so patiently invested in this company in the midst of the greatest bubbly bull in all history:).Shareholders deserve a better offer than a handful of dollars,IMHO.

BTW,It's a shame that we get taken over just when the chart begins to look so good.A classic inverse head and shoulders formation with targets that better not be mentioned.If only....
