<<Thanks Larry, your admission, at last, that things may not be as bad as they could be, apparently eased the selling pressure and lifted the stock by 1/2 to close at 6 5/8. It might be Murphy who was buying. Nice work!>>

FMK, don't thank me, I wasn't doing the buying. It must have been Murphy.

As I said before, I will acknowledge the positives when I see them regardless of whether I own the stock or not. "Shipping samples in earnest in early January" is certainly more positive than "no samples have been shipped, line is still being safety tested, safety testing to be completed in 1st quarter, no samples will be shipped until safety testing complete, no assurance safety testing will be successful."

The former statement suggests the onion is peeled and it is time to make soup. The latter statement suggests the onion may have more layers to be peeled.

The difference between those two statements is magnified by the precarious financial situation of VLNC and the potential for floorless conversion. An indication that the onion is now peeled is a major positive, IMO.

I might also point out the statement is also considerably different than "shipments have been in OEM's hands for months and the S-3 refers to the third line."

Disclosure, do not own the stock.
