Maybe this is a stupid question but fund managers will sell 4 million shares and other managers will be buying 21 million. The article says that the shares will be bought after the close. Where are all of these shares coming from? Are the MM's in the process of picking up the shares for the fund managers by causing the price to fall thereby causing individuals to dump. Wouldn't that be manipulation? Like I said, maybe this is a stupid question but I really don't see how that many shares would suddenly appear after hours unless they were being accumulated somehow during regular trading hours.
