eventually, yes. More and more you'll find co's meeting IASC stds and therefore listing on an international exchange. A limited # of these co's right now.

Choice now is int'l xchg or a fgn xchg. Haven't watched spreads - best way to operate is to have a team of people - i've seen this in action/operation - one person cannot possibly watch everything.
