I don't know why we're getting into this discussion about the PSFT technology/reporting tools, etc. It's obvious that Jean is one individual who for whatever reason has some personal issues. That's ok but keep in mind it's only one person's opinion. From what I've heard PSFT has robust reporting capabilities and you dont have to be an excellent programmer to use the reporting tools. And the even better news is that you don't have to learn a proprietary programming language to use PSFT products as you do with the products from SAP.
