OK Larry, I'll try not to be so lavish when dishing out credit. Regarding the financial situation, I heard it was far from "precarious". Remember that the recent s3 was to register the results of a much improved financing package. Things are better now than when you had the Jan 27 deadline for your "death spiral" scenareo.

Now that the smoke is clearing after the bogus panic selloff, we could very well see a return to levels higher than when the refinancing was announced.

I'm not sure either if it was Murphy buying. I suspect, however, that it might have been Quashimoto. He might have been quick enough to pick up some candy before the bullies got to it!
