Would appreciate your clarification and facts on numbers 2 and 3 of your post.

1. A year with no product produced.

2. A constant need to sell stock to pay for day-to-day operations.

3. Trading BIO for IVY. (Definitely a trade down)

Your looking for responses that are factual. Can your above statements stand up to be factual. Just looking for a little fair ground on this one.
