The items that were returned were defective. One was a 32 meg SIMM, it was one bad one out of 24 purchased so it wasn't too bad. Took me a long time to figure out which one it was though! Another defective item was a refurbished HP Pavilion which wouldn't boot. Probably an IDE cable that became detached or something during shipping, but not wanting to void any return chance I didn't crack open the case to find out. I was able to get the same item the next day for cheaper and it all worked out just great. Recently I bought one of those Sony Mavica FD5 digital cameras and it's very nice! I'm long OnSale for a long-term, I believe in what they do. Scott.
