This is unbelievable. They down grade these stocks when there low and upgrade them after a 30% increase. Why are there so many momentum investors in hi-tech? Because they listen to the momentum analysts. Why do Soundview and Rick Wittington even mention stocks by name. They should have a simple one line stock picking statement: If it's going up, BUY. If its going down HOLD (ie: sell).
