Re: "CBS is cheap and has a target of 45.00"

Correct me if I'm wrong but does CBS have approx. 750Mill shares os and likewise does it also have 700Mill shares (80%) of INF? Wouldn't that mean that (correct me if I'm wrong) $26+ of CBS's $32 is covered with INF ownership leaving the remaining business's undervalued at $6 PS currently? Wouldn't that also make it an extremely attractive buy. Why even at $45 -$26 (INF current) it's only a $19 stock.

If this is all correct how long will it take the currently market to discount all this? Weeks, Months, Years? It only took them weeks to pop $200-$300 on non-earning internet prospects. Where are those Billion dollar dummys? Send em over here with a few hundred million and they could get something solid for less cash!
