Hello Jim:

The story you just read was my experience with AOL more than one and half year ago. At that time everyone knew AOL had a big problem which was the subscribers couldn't get online. So many people cancel their accounts, and got their money back. I was one of them. 3 hours waiting on the phone was a nightmare to me.

Since then, I don't use AOL anymore, but I think they have made some big improvements that is why the subscription numbers are soar up to 15 mil now. I hope them would have much easier time to get out if they wish.

As a short-term investor, I don't think I need to worry about how people think or feel about AOL. I only care what the street say about AOL.
That is why AOL still has my money.

Have a great New Year and happy trading.

El.
