It's early in the morning here and your thoughtful response deserves one in return. More later from my side, but I am glad we are underway.

Just a note - take a look at FNDTF, too. Just bought that one the other day at 17 7/8 with expectation for high 20's at least. Also stopped out of MXTR but I will probably get in again in 30 days.
